To join a public shave event click here for a list.  

Join an existing group event

If your friends, family, colleagues or team mates have organised a shave event, why not sign up too!  All you need to do is:
1. Head to www.shaveforacure.co.nz
2. Select the ‘Sign up!’ button on the right hand-side
3. Choose ‘I would like to participate in an existing group event’
4. Fill out all the fields (these are your personal details) and click ‘NEXT’
7. Enter the name of a group, event or relevant key word
5. Locate your group event and click ‘Join this group’
6. Create a message you would like to appear on your fundraising page, enter your fundraising target, upload a before photo and click ‘SUBMIT’
7. Congratulations – you have now joined a group to shave!

Create your own group event

Get your friends or team together to Shave. Nominate one person as the group administrator – they will need to:
1. Set up your group page and invite you and others to join the group via an email from the website
2. Manage your group registration – including ‘approving’ individuals who want to join your group
3. Be the point of contact for LBC
4. Keep the group motivated to raise money
5. Collect and handle the funds and banking details

To get started:
1. Head to www.shaveforacure.co.nz

4. Fill out all the fields (these are your personal details) and click ‘NEXT’
5. Fill out all the fields (these are your organisation / group details) and click ‘NEXT’
6. Fill out all the fields (these are your event details) and click ‘NEXT’
7. Create a message you would like to appear on your group fundraising page, enter your group fundraising target, upload a group before photo and click ‘SUBMIT’
8. Congratulations – you have now organised your group event!
