Help me get rid of all this hair and make a REALLY big mistake
Ladies and gentlemen, as you all know I have a lot of hair. Way too much hair I think you can all agree. So why not help me make a huge mistake and help me shave it all to support a good cause.
Now as much as this is so I can get a free haircut, this is also so I can support my dear old mum who's going through all the fun* stuff that chemotherapy entails (*not actually very much fun).
So whether you support to help out my mum, or just because you're really curious what I'd look like without over 2 years' worth of hair, it'd mean a lot.
Now what are you waiting for? This head ain't going to shave itself. So help me say goodbye to all this hair and help out with cancer research at the same time. It's the best win-win you could ever ask for!

Huge thank you & updated goals!
Monday 20th OctI just want to say a HUGE thank you for everybody’s support so far. Somehow beyond my wildest expectations, we almost reached the original goal to shave my head in just one day!
So, it’s looking pretty likely that I’m going to say goodbye to my hair soon. But like any respectable gentleman, if I’m going down, I’m going to see how many I can shave with me. Which is why I am here to present to you all some more goals beyond the original $500 that some very generous people have decided to volunteer for:
The Beard Trio
Starting off strong, if the donation goal hits $650, Ettienne, Santiago & Harshvir have each pledged to say goodbye to their beards and hello to their new clean shaven face.
The Bald Duo
Moving on to the bigger goals with bigger rewards, Shingie and Liam have both put their hair in the ring, promising to join me in the (temporary) bald lifestyle if the donation goal hits $1000.
The Big Shave
Now we have a very big one for you all, as if the goal reaches $1250, Deren has promised to go even further than I have by not only committing his beard to the razor, but also his hair. That’s right, it’s a crazy 2-in-1 combo for you all with this goal!
The Final Beard
Finally if, somehow, beyond all expectations the donation goal reaches $1500, Stephen is willing (or at least committed) to part with his beautiful beard and join the Beard Trio with a clean shave.
The 'Stache of Legends
If we reach a total of $1750, I will commit to joining the office's Movember and rock that bald 'stache style.
The Solo Shaver
Boldly walking right up to the shaving block, we have Tahir putting his hair on the line for a good cause. For a donation goal of $2250, Tahir will be getting a one-way ticket to shave town as he joins in on the office’s newest and most trendy hairstyle.
The Short Snip
For out next milestone, at $2500 we have Jess putting more hair on the line than most by pledging to snip back down to short hair. That’s right you heard that correctly, years’ worth of hair will be on the line with this goal!!
The Movember Menagerie
It looks like I’m not the only clean shave that’ll be committing to Movember, because Stephen Usher, Ettienne and Deren have each pledged to commit to the office’s Movember fundraiser if the donation hits the goal of $3500! The ‘stache cannot be stopped!!
The Reverse Movember
Not content to let level 1 have all the glory, Heinrich has stepped up to the shave podium and committed his moustache to the shaver if we hit the $3750 milestone! With this one it looks like the ‘stache can indeed be stopped.
The Final Milestone
Speaking of bravery, we have a big one for you all today. Our very own Andrew Clark has stepped forward and offered his lovely beard to the shaving block. You heard that correctly, years’ worth of beard growth is suddenly on the line if we reach the $4000 milestone! I don’t think anybody has ever seen Andrew without his beard (not even Andrew himself), so that’s how you know a lot is on the line for him here.
But that’s not all! What kind of “final milestone” would this be if it only included one shaver. So joining Andrew in this milestone, we have Heelim! Clearly not content with Jess being the only girl to get all the glory, Heelim is also willing to say goodbye to years’ worth of hair growth by snipping all the way back to short hair! This is one haircut that can’t be easily undone, that’s for sure.
And that's all the goals so far. Once again, a huge thank you to both everyone who has supported this goal, and also to all those above who have bravely put their hair on the line in to support life-saving research into leukaemia & blood cancer! Now I know there is still one big question remaining that I’m sure you’re all asking: when is this actually going to take place? Well I'm Glad you asked.
On Friday, 31 October this fundraiser will end, and a big shave event will be hosted in the level 1 office where you can watch as both I and (potentially) the rest of who have pledged lose their hair right before your eyes! More details will be given closer to that date, but get excited, especially if you want to see someone specific lose their hair!
But of course, nobody is losing anything without donations.
