As part of our Takitimu House fundraiser, our student leaders are taking part in Shave for a Cure on the last Friday of term during assembly to help raise money and awareness for people affected by blood cancer across New Zealand.
We’ve set fundraising goals where selected students will shave their hair once certain donation amounts are reached and if we hit our major goal of $5000, a mystery person will also shave their head 👀
Every dollar donated helps fund vital research and support services for Kiwis living with blood cancer. Right now, 8 people in New Zealand are diagnosed with blood cancer every single day, so your support can make a real difference.
