Here's why I'm participating in Shave for a Cure 🧡
Big news 🙌 I'm joining our school team this year to raise funds to support Kiwis impacted by blood cancer.
Those of you who know me will know that raising money for cancer research and supporting those living with cancer, including my friends and family, is a cause that is very close to my heart.
Losing my mum during my teenage years had a profound impact on me and is a big part of why this cause means so much to me. This year, I’ve decided that if I can exceed my fundraising goal, I’ll cut and donate my hair to help create wigs for people undergoing cancer treatment.
