I'm Shaving My Head for a Cure!
Hi everyone, Adham here! I’m excited to be joining thousands of amazing people across New Zealand in the Shave for a Cure movement to raise funds and awareness for those bravely fighting blood cancer.
Why This Matters to Me
Cancer itself is not something that I see online or statistics, it's personal. Seeing close relatives being diagnosed with cancer and going through the challenges of cancer and the resilience, bravery and strength is astonishing to get through it. I want to stand alongside those who are fighting similar battles and join the movement to be a part of making a difference.
What I’m Doing
To show my companionship and support, I’m going to shave my head. It's a big change to my life but it's nothing compared to those who are going through the experience of living with blood cancer everyday.
How You Can Help
Donations help support critical research and provide care and support for many kiwis living with blood cancer. Every dollar donated goes to help and power hopes to bring support.
