This year, I'm taking part in Shave for a Cure with my MVHS peers to raise funds for those suffering with blood cancer. Every day, 8 families receive the devastating news of a family member being diagnosed, and the journey ahead is often long, exhausting, and uncertain. The money we raise will go towards research, treatment support, and giving hope to people who need it most.
I’m buzzing down not just to raise awareness, but to also stand in solidarity with patients who lose their hair during treatment. It’s a small act, but together, we can make a big difference for them.
