This year, I’ve decided to take part in Shave for a Cure — not just for a fresh trim, but to stand in support of the thousands of New Zealanders diagnosed with blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
While losing my hair might be temporary, for many going through treatment, the challenges are lifelong. By buzzing my head, I'm hoping to raise awareness and funds that will go directly toward research, support, and ultimately a cure.
