Big news 🙌
I’m joining thousands of amazing people in Shave for a Cure to raise funds for Kiwis impacted by blood cancer. But I’m taking it one step further—I’ll also be donating my hair to Sustainable Salons, where my ponytails will be made into a wig for someone in need.
This cause is deeply personal for me. A few years ago, my incredible Aunt signed up for Shave for a Cure. While fundraising, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with Myeloma. Despite that life-changing news, she went ahead with her shave and hair donation, then faced cancer treatment head-on. Today, she’s completed treatment and is in remission. She’s amazing and never let her diagnosis stop her—and now I want to honour her strength and courage by doing the same.
