I’m doing it for a much better reason.
I’m taking part in Shave for a Cure again this year to support friends and whanau I know who have gone through something nobody should. Blood cancer affects about 27,000 Kiwis at any given time, that's 27,000 people like you and me who are giving up more than just their hair to just survive.
Losing my hair for a while is a tiny price to pay if it means helping support research, treatment and those facing blood cancer.
