How will you fight?
Weather your in the battel yourself, or just on the sideline, fighting against cancer it being a hero to humanity. Everyone is in the fight, the brother on your right, the sister on your left. Your mother in front or your father behind, anyone of these people can come face to face with cancer, but equally, anyone of these people can stand up to it. It doesn't take someone to be special to be a hero. But it does take someone with love, courage, and a will.
Weather you comfort, support, or donate to people with cancer, don't look the other way, get in the fight. Here at St Thomas, we pride ourselves in getting involved, for its what we're taught from the moment we step into the Kura. Compasion, Manawa, Brotherhood, and Legacy are the values we stand by, and there's no greater opportunity than S4AC to demonstrate this. I say this not because we merely sacrifice our looks for a couple weeks, but instead because we live these values through the experince. Its a Compastionate act, we approach with Manawa, showing Brotherhood throughout the community, which all adds to our legacy at STC. (ticking every one of values of the list)
So now you know about what we do, how will you get in the game? Either drop a donation, spread our page online, or support somebody you know battling cancer...
Get in the fight!
