I am cutting my hair off (pixie-cut) for Shave for a Cure in honour of the loved ones we have lost to cancer, and for every family still fighting.
I have been blessed with a full head of hair down to my lower back more times than I can count, and I hope donating it for a wig to be made can bring a smile to someones face, help them feel a little more like themselves again, and as a Mama, to show my daughter the importance of compassion, courage, and community.
