I never thought I’d shave my head. Hair always felt like such a big part of who I was. But then cancer touched someone I love — someone whose laughter could light up a whole room, even when they started to lose their strength… and eventually, their hair.
Watching them go through it, powerless to ease the pain, broke something in me. But if shaving my head means standing in solidarity — showing them and others like them that they're not alone — then every strand is worth it.
This isn’t just about losing hair. It’s about showing love. It’s about fighting with them, in the only way I can.
