Hi my names Maddi and I’m currently a yr 12 at WHHS! I’ve decided it’s time for a major haircut, and I’m doing it for a cause that hits incredibly close to home.
Recently, my family went through a really tough time, losing both my Poppa Mike and my Aunty Tracy to cancer within just three months of each other. It was a lot to process, and I want to channel that grief into something positive.
I’m joining Shave for a Cure and chopping my hair short! While it’s a big chop rather than a full buzzcut, the mission remains exactly the same: raising as much money as possible to help families through these tough times.
