Greetings, please support my Shave for a Cure 🧡
As you may know Tania has been diagnosed with blood cancer. This is pretty scary and creates a lot of uncertainty. Fortunately, the Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Blood Cancer Society have been there to help Tania navigate this uncertain time. As they have been so supportive to Tania I wanted to support them. Which I have done by shaving my hair and seeking donations as part of the "Shave for a Cure" campaign. Our daughter is funding raising through their "Step up Challenge" campaign which involves her climbing the 1103 steps of Skytower.
To those people who have already donated can I say thank you very much from Tania, your donations give her a great boost as well as supporting a great cause.
As I write this, tonight Tania has had to return to hospital for some emergency treatment to deal with an infection. Infections can be very serious for people undergoing chemotherapy.
