Kia ora, my name is Claire, and I am taking part in Shave for a Cure to help raise money and awareness for people affected by cancer.

I have chosen to be part of this fundraiser because cancer has impacted so many people, families, and communities, and I want to show my support for those who are going through their cancer journey. Cutting my hair is a small way for me to stand in solidarity with those who have lost their hair through treatment and to help make a difference.

By taking part in Shave for a Cure, I hope to contribute towards supporting cancer patients, funding research, and helping create a future where more people can overcome cancer. It’s amazing to see how a community can come together to support such an important cause.
